The Strategic Initiative Bubble Chart is a unique way of prioritizing a Company’s scarce resources.  It visually portrays the strategic initiatives being considered based on their importance to the Company and the importance to the customer.  The relative size of the bubble denotes the scope or budget of the project.  The larger the bubble, the greater the cost to the Organization.

Examples of who might use this tool include:

• IT Departments looking to plan annual capital initiatives.
• IT Departments working with specific functional areas to help them prioritize their technology (both hardware & software) requests.
• Executive Leadership Teams who are considering initiatives that would involve all or large portions of the Company.  For example, ERP Implementation, an acquisition or divestiture, a new product line, etc.
