Implementing an “enterprise-class” business application like ERP, CRM, WMS, etc., is difficult and time-consuming.  One of the areas many organizations fail to proactively manage is a contingency plan and its potential impact on the overall project budget.  This template allows the implementation team to record contingencies as potential project issues are identified.  Additionally, it helps them determine the “risk profile” resulting in a weighted average “contingency impact” that can be communicated to the business.
